MSI launched 2024 Vector, Crosshair, Pulse Series gaming laptop

The Vector 17 HX in particular supports MSI Overboost technology for a maximum total power output of 250W, ensuring uncompromised performance for gamers.

Both the Crosshair HX and Pulse AI feature innovative thermal designs with a total of 6 exhaust and 2 intake vents to optimize airflow and cooling.

The Crosshair 16/17 HX models stand out with a futuristic spacecraft aesthetic for the casing, while the Pulse 16/17 AI introduces an eye-catching electromagnetic pulse pattern.

All three series prioritize cutting-edge performance but also innovative new designs, with the Crosshair and Pulse AI laptops sporting 24-zone RGB keyboards for enhanced gaming immersion.

Pricing and availability details have not yet been released by MSI, as the new laptops were just announced at CES 2024.

However, based on previous generation models and current market trends, we can provide an estimate of when these laptops may hit the market and what their price points may be.

The higher-end Vector 17 HX and Crosshair 17 HX configurations featuring Intel’s Core i9 CPU and NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 4080 GPU are expected to be available in March 2024, with prices likely starting around $2,500 (~PHP 125k).

Availability of the RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 variants should follow in April-May, potentially dropping the entry price to around $2,000 (~PHP 100k).

The mainstream Pulse 17 AI and 16 AI models will likely launch in May-June 2024 once component supplies stabilize, priced competitively between $1,500-2,000 (~PHP 75k – 100k)depending on specs.

MSI will aim to have broader availability across various regions by July as production ramps up. Of course, ongoing supply issues could impact schedules, but this provides an early estimate of when gamers can get their hands on MSI’s new full-powered laptop lines.
